realme V5 listed online, to launch on August 3

A few days ago, the design render of the realme V5 was posted on its official Weibo account. Today, the smartphone has been listed online which reveals the date of its launch and some key specifications.

As seen on the online listing of Chinese online retailer TMall, the realme V5 sports a 6.5-inch FHD+ display with a punch-hole notch which houses its front camera. Powering the device is MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 720 processor which indicates that the smartphone will feature 5G connectivity. The listing didn’t reveal more details on its camera, battery, and other connectivity features. But as seen previously on the official render, it features a unique rectangular camera module with a 48MP main and three other sensors. On its right side lies the fingerpint scanner and power button combo while underneath is a USB Type-C port. It comes in two configurations: 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB  storage.

Initially, the smartphone is available in one color. However, the listing shows that the realme V5 will be available in three stunning colorways of silver, green, and blue. The silver variant will boast a large realme branding while the green and blue variants will have the regular-sized realme logo on its glossy back panel.
