REDMI Note 15 now official: Snapdragon 6 Gen 3, 5800mAh battery, IP66

Xiaomi has officially announced its new REDMI Note 15 Series in China. The lineup includes the Note 15 Pro and Pro+ models, as well as the vanilla REDMI Note 15.

The vanilla version appears to be default to 5G, featuring the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 SoC. Up front, it sports a 6.77-inch Full HD+ curved OLED display with 120Hz refresh, and 3200 nits of peak brightness.

For optics, it gets a dual rear setup with a 50-megapixel main sensor alongside a 2-megapixel depth sensor.

Battery is a bit larger, rated at 5800mAh (as compared to the Note 14 5G’s 5110mAh) paired with 45W of charging.

Software-wise, it runs Android 15 out of the box with HyperOS 2 overlay. Notably, it has a stronger IP rating of IP66 for dust and water resistance (water jets).
