Samsung unveils Galaxy S4 Crystal Edition

Samsung continues its time-honored tradition of pimping some of their note-worthy handsets months after its release. This time around, they’ve come up with a Swarovski-studded version of the Galaxy S4 (i9500) which recently made its debut in Thailand.

The crystals are scattered across the synthetic leather attached the back side of the handset. That added bling is definitely a nice touch to the otherwise apologetically plastic smartphone.

However, do note though that the added bling makes this handset a little more expensive than usual. The Samsung Galaxy S4 Crystal retails for THB20,300 or little under twenty-eight grand in our local currency as opposed to the non-pimped version which currently goes for THB17,400.

The South Korean company only made 3500 units of the SGS4 Crystal and so far only limited to Samsung stores in Thailand. That said, there’s little to no chance of this model ever reaching our shore.
