We’re set to fly to Jakarta early Monday morning to cover a global launch of a BlackBerry device on Tuesday. I originally thought the product would be the Porsche Design P9981 but I was told by the local PR that the unit will only be marketed by Porsche Design themselves and not RIM.
Then at the Resorts World last night, I saw this shop. Before this, I never knew they had a local presence here in the Philippines.

In any case, if you’re interested in that Php87k limited-edition BlackBerry P9981, this could be the only place you’ll get it.
Besides, this handset isn’t really for regular folks like us.

BlackBerry Porsche Design P’9981 specs:
• 2.4″ capacitive touch screen display @ 640×480 pixels
• QWERTY keyboard, optical trackpad
• 1.2 GHz processor
• 768 MB RAM
• 8GB on-board memory,
• microSD slot supporting up to 32GB
• NFC technology
• 5MP camera w/ 720p HD video recording
• Orientation Sensor (Accelerometer)
• Digital Compass (Magnetometer)
• Proximity Sensor
• GPS with aGPS support

Exxag yung price, what’s with that PORSCHE brand on a smartphone mababa naman yung specs. I’d rather buy an iPhone 4S plus Nokia Lumia 800 or Samsung Galaxy SII than this overpriced phone.
