Xiaomi 15 Ultra Special Edition celebrating 100 Years of Leica unveiled

Xiaomi has unveiled the Xiaomi 15 Ultra Special Edition to commemorate 100 Years of Leica, one of their most prominent partners.

This is reflected with the phone’s unique packaging and ‘100 Years of Leica’ engraving on the side. It also ships with a gift box which includes a Xiaomi x Leica Humanistic Photography Series handbook.

Aside from these, the hardware remains as is. The phone boasts a 6.73-inch OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and 3200 x 1440 resolution. The screen is protected by Xiaomi Shield Glass 2.0 as well.

Powering it is a Snapdragon 8 Elite with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage. For optics, it sports a quad-rear camera setup tuned by Leica.

This consists of a 50MP Sony LYT-900 main, 200MP Samsung HP9 periscope, 50MP Sony IMX858 telephoto, and a 50MP ultrawide. At the front is a 32MP shooter.

It packs a 6,000mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging via USB Type-C and 80W of wireless charging. It will ship with Xiaomi HyperOS 2 based on Android 15 out of the box.
