Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro not coming to the Philippines

We just got wind of the news — The Redmi Note 7 Pro will not be officially offered in the Philippines. This information came in from Xiaomi after the official launch of the Redmi Note 7 in the country.

After it’s initial release in China, the Redmi Note 7 Pro recently had its launch in India. Many were hopeful that since Note 7 Pro reached a market outside of China, it would be released here in the Philippines as well. Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be the case. Xiaomi Philippines themselves mentioned the information to our YugaTech correspondent after the event.

    Doesn’t matter,. Redmi note 7 is good enough. The pro’s specs aren’t that much better for people to actually choose it over the note 7.

    india is a stronghold of xiaomi, thus, high priority market outside of China.
    – thats why specs and prices are very competitive

    if we will not get R7Pro then we simply look forward for something better. hanggang ganyun na lang ba? ;-)
