Xiaomi India has just launched the Redmi Note 7S with the tagline “#48MPForEveryone”.
The Redmi Note 7S comes with a 6.3-inch screen, with a 2340 x 1080 FHD+Â resolution. It’s powered by Snapdragon 660, paired with Adreno 512, and comes in two variants: 3GB RAM + 32GB storage and 4GB + 64GB storage. The device is equipped with dual rear cameras, made of 48MP + 5MP depth sensor, while on the front is a 13MP camera housed in a notch. Other features include a 4,000mAh battery capacity, expandable storage up to 256GB via microSD, 3.5mm audio port, USB Type-C port, rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, and runs on MIUI 10 based on Android 9 Pie.

The Redmi Note 7S variants are priced as follows:
- 3GB + 32GB – INR 10,999 (~PHP 8,340)
- 4GB + 64GB – INR 12,999 (~PHP 9,856)
The Redmi Note 7S will be available for purchase beginning May 23 through Mi.com, Mi Store app, and Flipkart. No word if the Redmi Note 7S will be released in territories outside of India.

Looks exactly the same except for the colors.
Why?
Well, this is basically the RN7 that is sold here. India’s RN7 has a 12MP primary cam instead of 48MP.
