If not because of the 4G connectivity, i think it’s not worth to replaced my redmi 1s for this…, still has 1GB RAM, please yuga tech review the heating issue of 1s if it is already resolved by Redmi2… Let me know if whatever the result is… thanks and More power..
Erick says:
I hope they sell the 16Gb version. Yun yung may 2Gb Ram. *_*
JKisaragi says:
I wouldn’t mind a slightly higher asking price for the 16GB/2GB ROM + RAM configuration. *sigh*
Zobel says:
Not as bang for the buck as the upcoming Alcatel Flash +. Yun na lang bilhin nyo.
Franz says:
hm… anu po ba talaga irerelease d2 sa ph? redmi2 o redmi2A? LOL! dati kz my nabasa ako 4.5K raw d2 sa ph.
chippi says:
it’s practically the redmi 1s with lte for 500 pesos more… stupid xiaomi! you’re already too late for the lte smartphone party. talo!
MART says:
qaz says:
not worth the upgrade sorry Xiaomi
16GB 2GB ROM dapat nilabas niyo dito
PauL says:
Alcatel Flash Plus padin!!!….
R2D2 says:
Xiaomi is no longer the lone, cheap, good quality smartphone in the market. This time it has to contend not only with local brands but well known international brands as well. Notably, Meizu and Alcatel. Alcatel Flash Plus beats the Redmi2 in all areas from display size, memory to battery, for a mere extra 1k in price.
I love Xiaomi. I’m a happy owner of Redmi 1S and if given a choice now, I’d still go for the Redmi 2 for 2 reasons. The 4.7 size is to me the sweet spot of smartpnone not too small not too big. Secondly, it’s a Qualcomm inside. But I do find the selling tactic of Xiaomi irritating.
I don’t know if people will still put up with it considering the changing circumstances. Xiaomi must find a better way to make its internet-centric selling more enjoyable. Pressure tactics won’t work this time, it will only turn off many and they have other brands to go now.
