2019 Suzuki Dzire and Swift Philippine Launch

Suzuki Philippines has finally launched the much-awaited all-new Dzire and Swift at the Marriott Hotel’s Grand Ballroom in Pasay City.

The new Dzire and Swift ride on their newest platform called “HEARTECT” which comprises a continuous frame that increases the stiffness of the body. Both units have a slew of new features and improved safety features. Such as  dual airbags as standard, ABS (antilock braking system), and EBD (electronic brake distribution). Suzuki also adopted CVT’s or continuously variable transmission for convenience and better fuel economy while still offering decent acceleration.

The new Swift features a new design language. The sloping hood and the wide stance gives the new car a much sportier overall look.

There are six colors available for the Swift — Speedy Blue Metallic, Fervent Red, Pure White Pearl, Premium Silver Metallic, Mineral Gray Metallic and Super Black Pearl.

The new Dzire also carries a new design language. Being much lower and wider than the previous model. This 5-seater is surely one to look out for when buying a small car with a trunk.

The GL MT is available in Premium Arctic White, Metallic Silky Silver and Premium Midnight black colors. While the GL+AGS variant is available in Premium Oxford Blue, Premium Sherwood Brown, Premium Arctic White, Premium Midnight Black and Metallic Magma Gray Colors.

Both the Swift and Dzire are powered by the same 1.2 liter engine with 82 hp and 113 Nm of torque.
