Acer has officially unveiled two new budget-friendly tablets—the Iconia V12 and Iconia V11—expanding its Android tablet lineup with devices that blend large displays, efficient performance, and long-lasting battery life.

Acer Iconia V12 and V11: Specs and Features

The Iconia V12 features a 12-inch 2K LCD panel with a 16:10 aspect ratio and a smooth 90Hz refresh rate, offering a tall and immersive viewing experience. Meanwhile, the Iconia V11 comes with an 11-inch FHD+ LCD display, also boasting a 90Hz refresh rate and the same 16:10 aspect ratio.

Both tablets are powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 processor, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. For users needing more space, storage is expandable via a microSD card slot supporting up to 1TB.

In the camera department, the tablets sport an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing camera, suitable for casual photography and video calls. Audio is handled by dual stereo speakers, aiming to provide a decent multimedia experience.

A standout feature is the substantial 8000mAh battery in both models, which Acer claims can deliver up to 10 hours of usage on a single charge. This makes them reliable companions for extended work or entertainment sessions.

Design-wise, the tablets have a slim profile at 7.9mm thickness and support accessories like a magnetic folio case and an optional stylus, enhancing their versatility for productivity tasks.

Pricing and Availability

The Acer Iconia V12 is priced starting at €289 and is expected to be available from July 2025. The Iconia V11 will follow in August 2025, with a starting price of €229. Availability in other regions, including the Philippines, has yet to be confirmed.

With their combination of large, high-refresh-rate displays, capable hardware, and affordable pricing, the Iconia V12 and V11 are poised to appeal to budget-conscious consumers seeking reliable Android tablets for everyday use.
