Adobe Premiere Mobile for iPhone users announced

Listen to article

The release of Adobe Premiere Mobile for iPhone users was announced, set to roll out later this month. The video editing app will be free to download, bringing professional-grade tools to mobile users.

The app is positioned as a step up from Premiere Rush, with features closer to Premiere Pro for PCs. It has a multi-track timeline supporting unlimited audio, video, and text layers.

The new app is capable of editing videos in 4K HDR with an automatic caption generation feature. In addition, it supports quick export options and automatic resizing for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Adobe is also leveraging its Firefly AI tools for sound effects, audio enhancements, and assets for the app. This means that users will have a library of fonts, music, sound effects, and stock clips to work with.
Readers should know that while the app will be free, Adobe will charge extra for premium features. This should include more cloud storage and other AI-powered tools.

Here’s a video of their announcement of Adobe Premiere Mobile below.
