Alcatel 3, 1 Series unveiled at MWC 2019

TCL Communication has just unveiled its latest Alcatel lineup at the Mobile World Congress.

Making up the Alcatel 3 Series are the Alcatel 3 and Alcatel 3L, while the Alcatel 1S is the lone member of the Alcatel 1 Series. The company also introduced a tablet called the Alcatel 3T 10.

The Alcatel 3 features a 5.9-inch 19.5:9 HD+ display with a small notch and an 88% screen to body ratio. It’s powered by a Snapdragon octa-core chipset, has 4GB RAM, and 64GB internal storage, expandable via microSD, and runs with a 3,500mAh battery. It sports 13MP + 5MP dual cameras and an 8MP front camera, with AI Imaging Scene Detection. Google Lens is equipped in the secondary camera as well. Other features include Face Key, AR emojis, and a fingerprint sensor.

The Alcatel 3L features a 5.9-inch HD+ display, with a Qualcomm Snapdragon quad-core chipset, 3,500mAh battery, and sports the same cameras as the Alcatel 3.

Meanwhile, the Alcatel 1S has a 5.5-inch 18:9 full view display, 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage expandable via microSD, and 3,060mAh battery. For its rear cameras, it has a 13MP + 2MP dual camera. It also has a rear fingerprint sensor and facial recognition capabilities.

As for the Alcatel 3T 10, the tablet possesses a 10-inch HS screen, dual front speakers, 4,080mAh battery. It also comes with Android 9 Pie with Google Assistant. The 3T 10 has an optional accessory that can be connected to the tablet called the Audio Station. It comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack and a microUSB +  microSD card reader.
