All-new Suzuki Celerio spied at PH port

Last year, the all-new Suzuki Celerio was launched in India. Since the hatchback is also sold here, it was safe to assume it would make its way to our shores eventually. Thankfully, it seems it has, sooner rather than later.

An anonymous source had leaked images of the all-new Celerio amongst a sea of other Suzuki waiting to be brought to dealerships around the country. A source within Suzuki confirmed to us that it has indeed arrived in the Philippines, but the exact launch date is yet to be confirmed.

Apart from an all-new look inside and out, the Celerio is also bigger than the outgoing generation. It also seems that the Celerio slated to be sold locally will come from Suzuki-Maruti (India).

No specifications have been confirmed, but most likely powering the hatchback will be the 1.0 Liter K10C three-cylinder engine pumping out 66PS and 89Nm of torque.

With its arrival, an official launch is imminent, A good bet would be during the upcoming Manila International Autoshow (MIAS) this April.
