Arena of Valor now available on the Nintendo Switch

Tencent Games well-known multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA), Arena of Valor is now available for download on the Nintendo Switch. The game is already enjoying a very good run on the Chinese mobile market as Honor of Kings and on the international scene.

Arena of Valor is your standard 5v5 MOBA with 3 lanes and jungling mechanics. The game features heroes from European and Chinese folklore as well as DC Universe characters. Its system is closely related to League of Legends in that it has a rune system and a summoner skill system — called Arcanas and Talents.

It’s been tailor fit for mobile play as items are bought remotely instead of at the home base and matches are relatively quick at around just 15-20mins each. The game is 2.4GB in size and is now available at Nintendo’s e-shop. Check out its product page here.
