ASUS Vivobook S 15 debuts as brand’s first Copilot+ PC

The ASUS Vivobook S 15 has just been unveiled as the company’s first Copilot+ PC. It also has Windows 11 AI features, along with a suite of exclusive ASUS AI apps for users’ work and play.

With efficient power and a built-in AI engine from the Snapdragon X Elite Platform, hardware-accelerated AI functions are made accessible. In addition, the laptop performs at a high level, thanks to its custom integrated Qualcomm Oryon CPU.

Users can expect incredible AI power, portability, connectivity, and audiovisuals with the new Vivobook S 15.

AI Power

This device is the first to feature the exclusive StoryCube AI-powered app. This is the smartest, most convenient, and most powerful means to manage digital assets. It uses AI assistance to sort, edit, manage, and export captured raw files.

ASUS also provides other integrated features with the device, such as Windows Studio Effects, AiSense Camera, Cocreator, and Live Captions.

Windows Studio Effects can enhance lighting and noise removal during video calls in portrait mode. Live Captions develop real-time subtitles, with Cocreator giving users the tools to transform sketches into detailed artworks.

Meanwhile, the ASUS AiSense Camera with AI-powered security enables an adaptive lock feature that activates when users leave and return. It even dims down when the user walks away from the device.

Portability

The device has an all-metal minimal design, complemented by a tapered unibody to ensure durability. This Vivobook iteration sports a 15.6-inch 3K ASUS Lumina OLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz.

It also features Dolby Atmos and Harman Kardon-certified audio, and is 14.7mm thin weighing 1.42kg. But even with its light body and frame, the laptop packs a hefty 70Wh battery with fast charging support.

Connectivity

The ASUS Vivobook S 15 is configured for seamless connectivity, equipped with a comprehensive suite of I/O ports. This is inclusive of two USB 4 ports with fast charging support, 4K external displays, and up to 40Gbps data transfers, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, an HDMI 2.1 port, a microSD card reader, and an audio combo jack.

This laptop also features WiFi 7, enabled by Qualcomm’s FastConnect 7800 system. The Vivobook can deliver speeds up to 5.8 Gbps, outpacing WiFi 6 by 4.8 times in comparison.

Audiovisuals

ASUS Vivobook S 15 offers a premium audiovisual experience for productivity, creativity, or entertainment. Its class-leading display has a sizable 89% screen-to-body ratio, a 0.2 ms response time, a cinema-grade 100% DCI-P3 color gamut and is VESA DisplayHDR True Black 600 certified.

It also offers TÜV Rheinland-certified low blue-light levels for enhanced eye-care, and the display itself is protected by our exclusive ASUS OLED Care system to significantly reduce the risk of burn-in. Complementing this stunning display is a powerful Harman Kardon-certified audio system with immersive, multi-dimensional Dolby Atmos sound.
