ASUS VivoBook S Series with ScreenPad now official

ASUS has officially announced the VivoBook S14 (S431/S432) and the VivoBook S15 (S531/S532) with ScreenPad at the Computex 2019 currently happening in Taipei, Taiwan.

The previous devices in the VivoBook S lineup released last 2018 were not equipped with a ScreenPad. For this release, all devices in the VivoBook S Series have ScreenPad 2.0, acting both as a secondary screen and a touchpad as well. The touchscreen pad measures at 5.65 inches and has features such as Quick Key, Handwriting, and Number Key. All models are also powered by up to Intel Core i7 processors, have options of NVIDIA GeForce MX250 graphics or Intel UHD Graphics 620, have up to 16GB RAM, and up to 1TB storage. The entire lineup is also equipped with a full-size keyboard and has an ErgoLift hinge design.

The main difference between the S14 and the S15 is the display size, with the S14 having a 14-inch FHD LED-backlit panel, while the S15 gets a 15.6-inch panel. ASUS has also made the VivoBook S series in five flavors, namely Moss Green, Punk Pink, Cobalt Blue, Transparent Silver, and Gun Metal.

ASUS has yet to announce the pricing and availability of the VivoBook S Series with ScreenPad.
