Nothing is really groundbreaking about this model’s specs sheet, apart from the fact that it runs on the new 64-bit Intel Atom processor known previously as SoFIA. We featured the new SoC here in the past and gave you guys a brief impression of what we can expect from it.

Meanwhile, Asus Philippines has posted a teaser on their Facebook page, hinting at the possibility of officially launching some of the models of the Asus ZenPad in the near future. With that being said, you might want to hold off on buying this variant for a little while and wait for what Asus PH has in store for us.

The Asus ZenPad C Z170CG featured here is made available locally by VillMan Computers Philippines. You can check out their listing on the link below.

Thanks to Adrian for the tip!

  1. I think bababa pa presyo nito soon. $99 lang ito sa international market, which translates to less than P5k.

  2. lower battery capacity than FE171CG..but android 5.0

  3. This unit is not impressive compared to its predecessors. I bought a unit last month. But guess what the graphics lags when my son was playing Bus Simulator 2015. Don’t be impress by its specs. Huawei t7 was able to out perform this unit. Though I am a fan of Asus, this one really was a waste of money. Their service department would not consider a replacement or recall.
