BDO Pay: BDO’s new mobile wallet

BDO has recently unveiled its new mobile wallet, the BDO Pay. This lets users Send and Request Money, Pay Bills, Scan to Pay, and Split Bills straight from their BDO accounts.

BDO Savings Account and Checking Account holders and BDO Credit Card principal cardholders may sign up for BDO Pay. To sign up, the user should have an existing BDO Digital Banking account. They have to sign in with their BDO Digital Banking Username and Password and set their account. However, BDO has mentioned that they are also working on making BDO Pay available for supplementary cardholders soon.

If you already have Digital Banking, follow the steps below to sign up:

1. Download BDO Pay by clicking the button below.
2. Open BDO Pay and sign up with your BDO Digital Banking Username and Password.
3. Choose which BDO accounts you want to link to BDO Pay, then choose your default account.
4. Enter a 6-digit PIN or use your device biometrics to log in and confirm transactions.
5. Log in and start using BDO Pay!

If you are an existing BDO customer without Digital Banking, follow the steps below to sign up:

1. Sign up for Digital Banking by visiting online.bdo.com.ph > Online Banking Login > Not yet enrolled? Enroll Now!
2. Activate your Digital Banking account at the nearest BDO ATM for added security.
3. Download the BDO Pay app and sign up with your Digital Banking Username and Password.
4. Choose which BDO accounts you want to link to BDO Pay, then choose your default account.
5. Enter a 6-digit PIN or use your device biometrics to log in and confirm transactions.
6. Log in and start using BDO Pay!

If you do not have a BDO Account yet, follow the steps below to sign up:

1. Open an account online at bdo.com.ph/online-account-opening. Choose Online Savings Account, and submit your application and other requirements.
2. Complete your application via Zoom call. Once done, make sure to fund your account within seven (7) banking days.
3. Download the BDO Pay app and sign up with your Digital Banking Username and Password you set in Step 1.
4. Choose which BDO accounts you want to link to BDO Pay, then choose your default account.
5. Enter a 6-digit PIN or use your device biometrics to log in and confirm transactions.
6. Log in and start using BDO Pay!

Take note that BDO Pay allows to Send Money to other BDO accounts only. But the Send Money feature to other banks and mobile wallets is also expected to roll out soon. For now, users may Send Money to other banks and mobile wallets through the BDO Digital Banking app.

BDO Pay is now available on Google Play Store, App Store, and Huawei AppGallery. The app works with Android devices running on at least Android 5.0 and Apple devices running on at least iOS 11.
