BPI starts charging fees for fund transfers to other banks, unenrolled accounts

BPI has recently started the charging of fund transfer to other banks via InstaPay and unenrolled BPI accounts.

As stated on the bank’s online advisory on Facebook, customers will be charged PHP 25 for every fund transfer to other banks via InstaPay. Those who will transfer money to unenrolled  BPI accounts will also be charged PHP 10.

Meanwhile, its other services remain free. This includes transferring funds to an enrolled BPI account and to a BPI account via QR code, paying bills to enrolled merchants, loading prepaid accounts, and topping up to PayMaya and GCash.
