Canalys reveals top smartphone vendors in the Philippines in Q3 2024

Canalys, a company that showcases tech analysis, data and events, has reported the top five smartphone vendors in the Philippines.

According to Canalys, their findings reveal that Transsion, the creators of TECNO 72, is at the top of the list. Following that is OPPO, realme, Xiaomi, and Samsung respectively.

In Q3 2024, Transsion has a 33% unit share along with a 49% annual growth. Meanwhile, OPPO rises up in their rankings as they have a 16% unit share and 91% annual growth. Although realme shares the same number of a 16% unit share, they garnered a 34% annual growth in Q3. Xiaomi, on the other hand, has a 12% unit share and a 50% annual growth. And in fifth place, Samsung has an 11% unit share with a 42% annual growth.

In a global standard, Samsung leads the rankings followed by Apple, Xiaomi, OPPO and vivo.
