But does this come equipped with Cherry Mobile’s suite of deadly malware and adware? They put pre-installed malware like Adups/SMS REG etc. in their phones (in the system/app folder), that is capable of stealing your: credit card info, contact info, contact numbers, account numbers (Paypal, Paymaya, etc.), passwords, and other sensitive information (you know those full banner ads that pop-up? That’s right. they install it while you’re using online and they use YOUR LOAD to do it!).
This is clearly a violation of R. A. 10173 or the Data Security Act of 2012. Have you had your data compromised, because you used this company’s products? Post your email below my post and we’ll contact you. We are organizing a class action lawsuit on behalf of Cherry Mobile’s customers who have been victimized by this so called “Filipino” company, who enables foreigners to access Filipino customers private data by means of these kinds of pre-installed malware that send YOUR data to Chinese servers overseas.
This company’s greed MUST be stopped. Join us now! #CherryCrushNa!

LOL! Firefly, another company with adups in their phones. I totally agree with Pop, CM is violating their customers rights. And BTW, Firefly, Google Play did not certify most CM of CM’s apps. In fact, the CM e-warranty app is constantly being flagged by the Play Store as a harmful application, every time you go online.
FYI, malware disguised as system apps cannot be flagged by the Play Store because it’s an in-system app, not an installed app. Ayan Firefly, may natutunan ka na ba? NOOB! Hahaha!
