Converge Freedom mobile streaming service now official

Converge has launched its own mobile streaming app, Converge Freedom, based on cable TV shows for the users’ viewing convenience.

The content streaming service is said to run on pure fiber network and lets you watch various TV Shows of different genres like sports, movies, news, entertainment, and many more. It also has categories for Standard Definition (SD) and High Definition (HD) shows. It has features such as:

• Playback – Stream up to 7 days-worth of episodes that aired.
• Time Shift – Allows you to pause, rewind, or even fast forward up to 4 hours.
• Multi-View – Allows you to watch shows from multiple devices simultaneously
• Favorites – You can tag shows as your favorite so it can be included in your playlist

Converge Freedom also comes with an NBA Premium TV service which allows you to get updated to the Basketball world. All of the contents are provided by their cable TV partners.

The Converge Freedom app is now available for download on both iOS and Android platforms. Here are the prices of each plan varying in different areas:

Metro Manila (Caloocan, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Navotas, Parañaque, Pateros, Quezon City, Taguig, Valenzuela)

• Plan PHP 299 (8 HD channels + 48 SD channels) – comes with 1 Free App access

Regional (Angeles, Mabalacat, Tarlac)

• Plan PHP 300 (18 HD channels + 52 SD channels) – comes with 1 Free App access
• Plan PHP 500 (25 HD channels + 78 SD channels) – comes with 1 Free App access
• Plan PHP 700 (40 HD channels + 97 SD channels) – comes with 1 Free App access

Aside from the mobile apps, you can also avail the Freedom set-top box package which costs PHP 1,000 for the installation fee and PHP 200 for the delivery fee. It includes the following:
