Dell’s lightest and thinnest 13-inch ultrabook, the XPS 13, has quietly been released in the Philippines with several PC stores already selling the unit since last week.

We several stores in SM MegaMall carrying the Dell XPS 13 with the same specs and retail price.

The top-end model is the one being sold in stores but we don’t know if they have the entry-level model locally.

  1. That’s actually a very good price. Same spec @ dell.com is $1600… so an exchange rate just under 47 to the dollar.

  2. SM North already had the XPS 13 as early as May.

Also the XPS 13 they sell here does not have QHD display, only full HD (1920 x 1080).

  3. I would have to agree with Paul. The price indicated here (Php 74,990) is for the non-touch, full HD display only. According to the Dell store in North Edsa, only one variant was released here in PH.

I already saw this personally (counterpart is using this for work) and I really like the display and form factor. I plan to wait for the XPS 15 with Infinity display as it might have better specs than this one. 8gb is just too small to maximize i7 for developer use.

  4. lintek ang tagal dumating dito nung entry level version ng dell xps13 yung 4gb ram at 126 ssd at corei5 lng …kya napabili ng ako ng asus ux305. :( pero still waiting pa din.
