Facebook introduces Facebook Business Suite, a new interface that helps businesses stay up to date by managing their pages and profiles across apps. Facebook created the platform to help businesses adapt, survive, and thrive online.
The new Facebook Business Suite allows users to post on Facebook and Instagram simultaneously, manage and receive messages, notifications, and alerts in one place. Users can also see what’s working for their business and what’s gaining good interaction with their customers with Facebook and Instagram insights.
The platform is built to accommodate small businesses around the world who use Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp. However, Facebook shared that it will expand to larger businesses by 2021.
