Facebook Messenger adds Spotify music suggestions on conversations

Facebook Messenger has added Spotify music suggestions when music is mentioned in a conversation. 

Earlier this year, Facebook’s Intelligent Assistant M has been keeping an eye on words that are being used in every conversation to suggests services like Uber rides and Delivery.com. Whenever a user mentions anything music related like artists, songs, and the likes, the messenger will now show music suggestions from Spotify.

By using phrases like “find me some music” or mentioning artists’ names with the word “music” in it, it’ll bring out the “Find Music” suggestion from Spotify.

Spotify is an online music streaming application and has been integrated to the Facebook Messenger since 2016 by allowing to share songs and playlists directly from the app.
