Passengers of the Light Rail Transit (LRT) Lines 1 and 2, and the Metro Rail Transit (MRT) Line 3 will get free rides today to celebrate the 118th anniversary of Philippine Independence.

MRT FREE RIDE

The free rides will be from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. for the evening shift, according to the announcement posted by GMA News Online. LRT Line 1 connects Roosevelt to Baclaran, while Line 2 runs from Recto to Santolan. The MRT-3 traverses EDSA, from North to Taft Avenue.
