GCash ensures strict compliance with PAGCOR, BSP, DICT security guidelines

GCash guarantees strict compliance with the guidelines of BSP and AMLC in order to foster the safety and security of their users, with proper verification and monitoring as imposed by the regulatory bodies.

As an addition to the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) screening feature, Gcash added other safety measures to prevent unverified individuals from accessing e-Sabong. Despite having minors being able to register to GCash via their KYC process, services will be restricted.

GCash encourages Filipinos to protect their personal data and accounts, and report any incidents of misuse to the relevant authorities like the Philippine National Police and National Bureau of Investigation.
