GeForce RTX 4060 series unveiled

NVIDIA has unveiled its newest mid-range graphics card series, the GeForce RTX 4060 family. The line will feature three cards: the RTX 4060, the RTX 4060 Ti 8GB, and the RTX 4060 Ti 16GB.

The 4060 series will run on NVIDIA’s Ada Lovelace architecture and will have its DLSS 3 AI-Performance multiplier.

The RTX 4060 will feature 3072 NVIDIA CUDA Cores, a 1.83 GHz base clock (2.46 GHz boosted), and 8GB of GDDR6 memory. It will also have a total graphics power of 115W.

Meanwhile, the 4060 Ti will have 4352 NVIDIA Cuda Cores, a 2.31 GHz base clock (2.54 GHz boosted), and 8 or 16GB of GDDR6 memory. It will also have a total graphics power of 160-165W.

NVIDIA says that the RTX 4060 Ti is 1.7x faster than the RTX 3060 Ti and 2.6x faster than the RTX 2060 Super. It added that the RTX 4060 will offer almost identical improvements, with the 4060 supposedly 1.7x faster than the RTX 3060 and 2.3x faster than the RTX 2060.

The RTX 4060 Ti (8GB) will be the first to be made available to the public, coming on May 24 starting at Php 27,530. Meanwhile, the RTX 4060 Ti (16GB) and the standard RTX 4060 will both come in July and will start at Php 34,500 and Php 20,630 respectively.
