GFiber Plan 7499 boosted to 1.5Gbps, new Plan 5999 gets 1Gbps

In an email sent to YugaTech, Globe confirms that its top-end GFiber Plan 7499 will get a speed boost up to 1.5Gbps. Currently on Globe’s website, the said plan’s speed is at 1Gbps.

Apparently, a new GFiber Plan 5999 will cover the 1Gbps speeds. In addition, Globe specified a ‘Family bundle’ worth PHP 19,000 for this new plan. And the Plan 7499 has a Family bundle worth PHP 39,000.

Here are the rest of the inclusions for both new and updated GFiber plans:

GFiber Plan 5999

● Up to 1Gbps and Family bundle worth PHP 19,000

● Annual Premium access to Disney+, Prime Video and HBO Go

● 24/7 doctor consultations for the family via KonsultaMD

● PHP 1,000 Razor Gold gaming credits

● Complimentary visit from the Globe Home Squad

● Two (2) Wi-Fi Mesh devices

GFiber Plan 7499

● Up to 1.5Gbps and Family bundle worth PHP 39,000

● Annual Premium access to Disney+, Prime Video and HBO Go

● 24/7 doctor consultations for the family via KonsultaMD

● PHP 1,000 Razor Gold gaming credits

● Complimentary visit from the Globe Home Squad

● Three (3) Wi-Fi Mesh devices and Fiber-to-the-Room (FTTR) in select areas nationwide

As of writing, the updated GFiber Plan 7499 and the new Plan 5999 are yet to make their appearance on Globe’s website or be featured in any promotional content on their social media platforms.
