Globe extends no service fees on prepaid load and promo loans until May 28

Globe has extended its “no service fees” offering for prepaid loads and promo loans until May 28, 2020.

Globe and TM prepaid subscribers can continue to borrow load and promos from PHP 5USD 0.09INR 7EUR 0.08CNY 0.62 to PHP 50USD 0.85INR 72EUR 0.81CNY 6.  Under the emergency service, eligible customers can also loan 5MB of data for PHP 5USD 0.09INR 7EUR 0.08CNY 0.62 or 3 texts to Globe/TM + PHP 1USD 0.02INR 1EUR 0.02CNY 0.12 worth of load for PHP 4USD 0.07INR 6EUR 0.06CNY 0.50. Only the borrowed amount will be automatically collected on their next top-up.

To check available load promos, loan plans, and emergency text and data services on Globe and TM, customers may dial *143# and check “LOANS” for Globe subscribers and “UTANG” for TM subscribers. Meanwhile, customers who still see
a service fee in the menu description upon visiting *143# will receive a confirmation text that the service fee has been waived after availing the emergency text and data services.
