Globe launched the Home-Fi application last month as a means to provide consumers with a way to easily monitor and operate their Home Prepaid WiFi but the app will cease operations on November 15. And today, the company introduced its replacement — the Globe At HOME application.
Globe said that the previously launched application was a beta-version which will expire on November 15, 2017. The Globe At HOME will now be the official application for users when it comes to monitoring and operating their Globe Prepaid Home WiFi.
The functionalities of the Home-Fi app were also implemented in the Globe At HOME app and is basically almost the same, however, it is evident that the user interface is different and is now more organized.
Users can still activate their free 10GB data upon inputting their Globe Prepaid Home Wifi number on the application. Their promo for the Php15 = 1GB data can still be availed via the app as long as they are subscribed to the “GoSURF50” promo.
