Since it has become common practice for people to use smartphones when doing online banking there’s a higher incidence of fraud or identity theft. Therefor, Globe is taking additional precautions and implemented stricter controls to protect the data of its customers.
If you lost or damage your SIM card, Globe will offer to replace the old SIM with a new one (including a new number). However, if you want to retain your old number, Globe will ask for the following requirements: the old SIM (if available), the SIM card bed, and G-Cash card (if registered). The replacement SIM will be released after 24 hours.
Globe will also require you to fill out CSIM request forms and CRM notes for documentation purposes. Once done, you will undergo post-checking through Q and A to ensure compliance. There will also be a limit to allowable incorrect answers.

4 days na ko nag aupgrade ng sim hanggang ngaun hindi pa na aupgrade. Labas ng labas ung sim tool kit kahit naipasok ko na ung password. Mayamaya naman ung your request is being process.. At paulit ulit na message ng 2621 na Please text “CSIM” with your OTP to 8888 from your phone ….bat ganun?

Simula nang nag pa sim card replacement ako. Pag sinasalpak ko yung simcard ko sa kahit anong cellphone may nag papop up na “Please wait. Your request is being processed.” Nakaka istorbo kasi pag naglalaro at nanonood ng netflix. Pahelp naman salamat
