HONOR has confirmed that it will unveil the Magic8 RSR Porsche Design smartphone on January 19 in China, alongside the recently announced Magic8 Pro Air. The new model succeeds the Magic7 RSR Porsche Design launched in 2024 and continues HONOR’s premium collaboration with Porsche Design.
The Magic8 RSR Porsche Design will come with Moonstone and Slate Gray colors. Moonstone, as per HONOR, has a warm and soft appearance, reminiscent of the light that the moon emits, while Slate Gray has a cool and rugged appearance, much like that of a mountain. The device retains Porsche Design’s flowing design lines, integrating luxury design with practicality.
Though expected to be similar to that of Magic 8 Pro in every way, RSR Porsche Design series is expected to arrive in solitary top-range model sports 24GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. Other expected inclusions could include an OLED display with curves, flagship processing by Snapdragon series of chips in it, and supporting wired as well as wireless charging solutions. More official details are expected at launch.
