HONOR Pad V9 launched with Dimensity 8350 Extreme Edition

The HONOR Pad V9 has been launched in China, equipped with the Dimensity 8350 Extreme Edition chipset. Among its other upgrades aside from processing power come with its display and battery.

The tablet has an 11.5-inch display with 2.8K resolution and a high refresh rate of 144Hz. The screen also has IMAX Enhanced, HDR Vivid, and TUV Rheinland certifications.

Complementing this are eight stereo speakers with support for Hi-Res and Spatial audio. The screen supports the Magic Pencil 3 as well as a dedicated Smart Bluetooth Keyboard.

The tablet will have up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of non-expandable internal storage. It also has a 13-megapixel camera at the back and an 8-megapixel selfie shooter. Plus, it packs a large 10,100mAh battery with 66W of fast charging support.

The device will run on MagicOS 9 for Pad based on Android 15. Notably, it will come with tons of AI-powered features like AI Note Synchronization, AI Multi-Paper Comparison, and more.

The HONOR Pad V9 is available starting at CNY 2,099 (~PHP 17K) with 8GB/128GB. The highest configuration with 12GB/512GB is priced at CNY 2,799 (~PHP 23K) for those curious.

Sadly, the accessories seem as if they’re sold separately. The Magic Pencil 3 retails for CNY 499 (~PHP 4,000). Meanwhile, the Smart Bluetooth Keyboard retails for CNY 449 (~PHP 3.6K).

The offerings mentioned will be available starting December 24, 2024. We’ll update readers should these devices make it to Philippine shores.

Well, the portfolio of scriptwriting, web content, and public relations help too, we suppose. As a homebody, he often spends his time on the streaming platform Twitch or ‘farming’ gaming clips with friends. He is also an avid fan of round glasses and anything relative to blueberries.
