HUAWEI Mate X6 launching globally on December 12

The HUAWEI Mate X6 is launching globally on December 12, as announced by the company via an X post. The flagship product launch is set to take place in Dubai.

This is a foldable device with a 6.45-inch cover screen protected by Kunlun glass with a 7.93-inch inner display. Both panels have FHD+ resolution and an adaptive refresh rate peaking at 120Hz.

Optics include a 50-megapixel main with varying apertures, a 48-megapixel telephoto, and a 40-megapixel ultra wide at the rear. It also has two 8-megapixel front cameras on the cover and inner displays.

The device packs a 5,110mAh battery with 66W of wired fast charging support via USB Type-C. It supports 50W of wireless charging as well. Other features consist of an IPX8 water resistance rating, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and an IR blaster.
