The Huawei P40 Pro+ 5G is best with the Smart Signature Device Plan L at PHP 3,199 with 15 GB open-access data, unlimited calls to Smart, Sun, and TNT subscribers; 100-minute calls to all networks, and unlimited texts to all networks monthly with a contract locked in for 24-months.
