J.P. Morgan launches LLM Suite for research analyst tasks

Listen to article

J.P. Morgan has launched LLM Suite 34, a new internal AI tool which caters to research analyst tasks.

LLM Suite is used by about 50,000 employees. This is estimated to be 15% of the company’s workforce. The program was developed with the company encouraging their staff to veer away from OpenAI’s ChatGPT.

The tool’s key features are writing support, idea generation, and document summarization. These help develop concepts quicker and streamlines workloads that would otherwise be lengthy process-wise.

Presently, not all details about the AI tool has been made publicly available yet. Yet, it’s still a great example of how AI is a point of contention in any industry, even in finance.

The launch of their tool aligns with modern digital trends in banking as institutions look towards AI to improve efficiency. What do you guys think of LLM Suite? Share your thoughts with us in the comments below.
