Heads up GCash users! The mobile payment system of Globe has an important advisory.
As stated above, the ‘Load to GCash‘ service will no longer be available by February 20, 2017. The said service allows Globe subscribers to instantly convert their prepaid load to GCash.
With this excluded in the cash-in options, GCash advises users to visit their partner outlets instead. Mobile banking services of BPI also allows transfer of funds to GCash.
now i remember why our company dumped globe a long time ago, we disconnected our service and they were trying to charge us termination fee what a lot of bs

globe pls bring back the system, cause it helps a lot it is more easier to cash in using prepaid load than to go to the gcash stores. pls hear these voices, we want that sevice to be back as soon as possible. dont make your costumers be disapointed, because we are the one who bring your company to the edge of success. Ask lang po, sabi sa site nila if nagregister ka sa KYC you can get full access even with convert load to cash, may nakapagtry or nakapagtanong na po ba sa globe?

wala na daw sila magagawa. nag load ako ng prepaid credit para ma transfer sa gcash account ayun doble doble pa gastos. mga rep sa service center nila sa may greenbelt walkway masyado madudunong..

We have an online paluwagan and our starting price is 15 pesos which is not available for remmitance…. that is our problem now ,because our founder is using load to gcash for collecting our pay in….what should we do…

putang ina ng globe, hindi kasi magaling ang IT nila lageng may bug kaya ganyan ginwa imbes na ayusin ang systen nila eh ung service ang tinanggal, dapat mag compensate sila sa mga customer nila nagavail ng gcash dahil sa load to gcash feature manloloko sila
“Load to Gcash” is very confusing, I didn’t get straight away, I thought the “Load” is a verb, so, I inferred you can no longer load to Gcash, what?! LOL. Till I found out, “Load” refers to prepaid load value which you can convert to Gcash. What that heck! it is a sign of poor communication, not everyone will make of everything you say, therefore, make it clear what are your trying to get at right off the bat.
yes i also agree. i thought i could not send load anymore, i basically use gcash to send prepaid load to my family because it is cross network i can send load to smart,sun etc. But then i realized it was the prepaid load to gcash conversion feature in the app. lol
