Logitech acquires Streamlabs for USD 89 million
Logitech acquired Streamlabs for USD 89 million, plus and additional USD 29 million when their target revenue growth is hit.
Streamlabs hopes to create an even better platform with the acquisition according to their CEO Ali Moiz
