New Apple iPad Air 2024 gets M2 chip

Aside from the completely new iPad Pro 2024 models, Apple has updated their iPad Air line-up.

Not a lot has changed on the iPad Air 2024 with mostly the Apple M2 chip being the biggest update. The design is almost identical to the previous iPad Air back in 2022, which comes with IPS LCD Liquid Retina display and a 60Hz refresh rate.

There’s an 11-inch and 13-inch model with storage options of 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and 1TB. You can also get it the WiFi-only model or WiFi+Cellular (5G) in 4 different colors — Space Gray, Blue, Purple and Starlight.

Here are the pricing for the new 2024 iPad Air:

11-inch iPad Air 2024:
128GB: $599
256GB: $699
512GB: $899
1TB: $1,099

13-inch iPad Air 2024:
128GB: $799
256GB: $899
512GB: $1,099
1TB: $1,299

For the 5G equivalent, simply add $150.

You can order them now and they will be shipped on May 15, 2024.
