According to the business, MagicOS 9.0 provides “the first all-scenario personalized AI operating system in the industry.” Along with an improved YOYO AI assistant, the brand’s new exclusive MagicLM lineup is included in the updated OS. Honor has improved its device-level AI capabilities by utilizing LLMs (Large Language Models).

HONOR is introducing Magic Portal and Magic Capsule upgrades. Magic Portal now provides a smoother, more user-friendly experience in MagicOS 9.0. To get word and visual understanding, users only need to circle objects. This enables direct access to the target gadget without the need to activate it.

Aside from AI Enhancements, Magic Portal, and Magic Capsule upgrades, HONOR is providing better security with the MagicOS 9.0 which was discussed MWC in Shanghai.

HONOR models that will get the new OS

The MagicOS 9.0 upgrade will be available for certain HONOR smartphones. The Magic V line of smartphones will be the first to receive it. All of the Honor phones that will receive the latest OS update are listed below.

HONOR 200, HONOR 100, HONOR 90, HONOR 80, HONOR X60, HONOR 50, and all Magic V book-style phones from the Magic V (Honor Magic V3 review), Magic V Flip, Magic 6 series (including the Porsche Edition), Magic 5 series, and Magic 4 series.
