Oppo has launched the OPPO A79 5G, which features a Dimensity 6020 SoC, a 6.72-inch Full HD+ LCD, and a 5000mAh battery.

This device is the successor to the OPPO A78 5G which launched earlier this year. On paper, it uses the same chipset just with a rebranded name.

The main differences are in the design, with a boxed camera module design and a crisper, slightly larger display (previously 6.56-inch HD+).
