PayMaya services now available on Facebook Messenger

PayMaya, a mobile money and digital financial service company, has now extended their services in Facebook Messenger.

Users can now link their PayMaya account to their FB messenger application and use services such as paying bills, sending money to Facebook friends, and purchasing mobile load.

To use this service, users need to search “@PayMayaOfficial” on their FB Messenger application in order to start a transaction. A chatbot will be providing a guide for the users to navigate to its service. Users can inquire for their wallet balance, pay bills, send money to other FB Messenger users, even if they are already on PayMaya or not, and buy mobile loads. New PayMaya users can also create an account using Messenger.

PayMaya also has a physical card which can be linked to the users’ mobile wallet. This card can be ordered through “www.paymaya.com” with free shipping.

Users can reload their PayMaya accounts via 15,000 top-up stations nationwide including SM Business Centers, Robinsons Dept. Stores, 7-Eleven branches with Cliqq kiosks, Petron stations, Ministop with Touchpay Kiosks, Shopwise, Wellcome, 2Go outlets, Smart Padala centers, Palawan Pawnshop branches, UnionBank ATMs, Gaisano Malls, and online banking via BDO and Unionbank.

PayMaya is a mobile application in which users can link their mobile money and use it as a currency for online payments.
