Petron partners with PayMaya for contactless payment

Petron has recently partnered with PayMaya for a safe and contactless payment of motorists.

Customers may now gas up and pay by scanning the QR code with the PayMaya app or use credit or debit cards through the PayMaya POS device deployed in participating Petron branches.

To encourage motorists to use the QR code payment option, PayMaya is offering PHP 5USD 0.09INR 7EUR 0.08CNY 0.62 cashback per liter when they gas up in any Petron branches for a minimum of PHP 300USD 5INR 433EUR 5CNY 37 (PHP 100USD 2INR 144EUR 2CNY 12 starting on August 15). Customers with upgraded PayMaya accounts may earn up to PHP 500USD 9INR 722EUR 8CNY 62 of rebates per month. Meanwhile, those with regular PayMaya accounts may get a one-time rebate of PHP 30USD 0.51INR 43EUR 0.49CNY 4 for a minimum spend of PHP 250USD 4INR 361EUR 4CNY 31 (P100 starting on August 15). However, they need to upgrade their account after the transaction to receive the rebate.

Running until September 30, the offer can also be availed on top of the 1%, 10%, or 100% Balik Bayad QR promo capped at PHP 500USD 9INR 722EUR 8CNY 62 Balik Bayad per month.
