The Philippine government launched the Bagong Pilipinas eGovPH Serbisyo Hub on July 18, 2025 via a Facebook livestream. It also appears that the eGovPH Super App has been reintroduced after its initial launch in June 2023.
Both aim to streamline access to public services and reduce bureaucratic inefficiencies in the country. The eGovPH Serbisyo Hub is a physical one-stop center offering services from a number of government agencies. This includes ID applications, legal assistance, and more.
There’s also the eGovPH Super App, which was developed by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT). The app allows users to file applications, submit documents online, track active requests, and verify their identity.
The Super App supports over 70 government services and is integrated with the national digital ID system (ePhilIDs). At the time of writing, the system now has over 88 million registered users.
This initiative was made to lessen queues, eliminate fixers, and improve access to government services via digital transformation. The rollout of the eGovPH Serbisyo Hub is to expand nationwide with details expected to follow.
