I have a PLDT plan that is almost 3 years old now. It is P2899 and I get about 300 MBPS on a good day. I have attempted to upgrade to a 400 MBPS for P2399 or 600Mbps for P2699 but they will not let me do it because I will pay less and they regard this as a downgrade. From my perspective, I regard it as an upgrade. The tragedy is there is no discussion nor understanding from their customer service agents who are little more than robots.
