REDMAGIC 9S Pro Series launched in China

The REDMAGIC 9S Pro Series has been launched in China. The line features the REDMAGIC 9S Pro and REDMAGIC 9S Pro+ devices with overclocked Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipsets.

The REDMAGIC 9S Pro has a 6.8-inch FHD+ (2480 by 1116) AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The screen is also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

It comes with variants with 12GB of RAM paired with up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage.

Optics consist of a 50-megapixel main shooter, 50-megapixel ultrawide lens, 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 16-megapixel front camera.

Other notable features consist of 8K video recording, WiFi 7, its hefty 6,500mAh battery, and 80W fast charging support.

Meanwhile, the REDMAGIC 9S Pro+ might come off with identical specs. In actuality, this phone comes with enhancements in performance.

For starters, this device has a higher clocking Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. It even comes with up to 24GB for RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.

Another thing to note here is that the Pro+ variant has a smaller 5,500mAh battery. However, it offers users 165W of wired fast charging support advertised to fully power the phone within 16 minutes.
