reMarkable Paper Pro E Ink tablet launched

The reMarkable Paper Pro 30 has just been launched, dubbed as the world’s thinnest paper tablet with a color display. This is the brand’s third-gen iteration of their E Ink tablet. which boasts an 11.8-inch Canvas Color display.

This device is slated to bridge the gap between traditional paperwork and digital means of productivity. Its users will find the tablet as a fresh take on modern platforms for writing, sketching, and the like.

The reMarkable Paper Pro is the first tablet from the brand that allows users to write in color. It’s even compatible with cloud services like Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox for easy file sharing with other devices.

Aside from taking notes, the tablet offers digital organization tools as well. Users can opt to store and sort documents and notes easily while tagging content in different folders. Great uses include highlighting notes taken, visualizing ideas in more creative ways, or color-coding for work purposes.

Other features include an adjustable reading light, an accessory port, 2GB of RAM, and 64GB of internal storage. The tablet packs a 5,030mAh battery and charges via USB Type-C.

I should note that while it’s a great, sustainable alternative to paper, it isn’t as budget-friendly. The reMarkable Paper Pro is priced at USD 579 (~PHP 32,000). Interested readers can check it out on the brand’s official website 121.

Communication graduate, closet cynic, and kid at heart. Duane is a rare person to find, quite literally. He often takes to himself but has proven his mettle in tech media with his quick wits. Well, the portfolio of scriptwriting, web content, and public relations help too, we suppose. As a homebody, he often spends his time on the streaming platform Twitch or ‘farming’ gaming clips with friends. He is also an avid fan of round glasses and anything relative to blueberries.
