Samsung announces Galaxy S25 Series: Snapdragon 8 Elite for everyone!

We’re here at the Galaxy Unpacked in San Francisco to witness the global launch of the new Galaxy S25 series — the Galaxy S25, S5+ and the S25 Ultra.

Aside from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite that will be used by all of the S25 models, the devices were manufactured using recycled cobalt batteries, sustainable design and the same promise of up to seven OS/security updates.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra has also been re-designed with a more rounded corner, thinner profile and the first to use a Corning Gorilla Armor 2 glass protection. The S25 Ultra also features an upgraded 50MP ultrawide camera (from 12MP on the S24 Ultra) that capture great macro shots. Camera features also include depth-of-field control, Expert RAW, Galaxy Log and there’s Audio Eraser you can use to remove unwanted audio from recorded videos.
