Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy F17 in India, positioning it as one of the slimmest phones in its segment at just 7.5mm thick. Available in Violet Pop and Neo Black, the F17 also comes with an IP54 rating for added dust and splash resistance.

Up front, the device features a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display with a 90Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus for durability. Under the hood, it’s powered by Samsung’s 5nm Exynos 1330 chipset with a Mali-G68 MP2 GPU, paired with 4GB or 6GB RAM and 128GB expandable storage. Keeping the lights on is a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging.
For imaging, the Galaxy F17 packs a 50MP OIS-enabled main camera, a 5MP ultra-wide, and a 2MP macro. Selfies are handled by a 13MP front shooter. Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, bottom-ported speakers, and 5G connectivity. It runs on Android 15 with One UI 7.0 out of the box.
The Galaxy F17 is priced at INR 14,499 (PHP 9.3K) for the 4GB/128GB model and INR 15,999 (PHP 10.3K) for 6GB/128GB. Currently, it’s exclusive to India, while Filipinos can check out the closely related Galaxy A17.
